Completed the repairs of rotted trim around the exterior of a home. Upon removal of some trim under one of the doors we discovered framing rot. We completed the repairs and dried to prevent future rot. The full scope of work included fascia replacement, door and window trim replacement, floor rim joist framing rot replacement and dry-in, and caulking and painting all new trim.
